Exchange/ RefundΒ Policy

Joey will give its customers the opportunity to exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Exchanges should be made within 7 days from delivery' and in original, undamaged packaging with tags intact. Exchanges are facilitated via courier or at our physical store in Battaramulla. Customers are liable to bear the courier fee/ logistics cost at all instances, only exception being delivery of an incorrect/ damaged product.Β 

We find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a exchange on the item.Β 

Please note discounted items will not be exchanged or refunded due to any reason.

Refunds are made in the form of store credit to the purchaser account. Cash refunds are facilitatedΒ only if the ordered product is out of stock. A refund of the delivery charge will be facilitated in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

RETURN / EXCHANGE OPTIONS

1.Exchange via courier collection (Only within Colombo district)

  1. Drop an email toΒ joey.clothing.sl@gmail.comΒ with the following details such as order number, product quantity, reason for the return.
  2. We shall communicate with the courier company and they will pick up your product and drop off the exchange item ( Free of charge if the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged or faulty. In the event of a size or a design change, the recipient needs to pay LKR 400 for the exchange service)
  3. Exchange should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tag intact. Sealed pack to be handed over to the designated courier agent

2. Returns via the nearest post office (Outstation orders)

  1. Please drop off the package to the nearest post office (Send the package to the following address from registered post - "No. 1088 A/1, Pannipitiya
    Road, Battaramulla"
  2. Once we receive the items, We will return the price of the item to the purchasers account as store credits within 7 days after a quality check.
  3. Returns should be made within 7 days and in original, undamaged packaging with the tag intact. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we are unable to process the refund
